Type rating, class, instrument rating - I am doing a course to obtain a type rating in an ato, I have passed the skill test but I have not yet been able to do the take-off and take-off phase, is there any exemption measure?

According to paragraph (i) of the EASA Resolution dated 05.05.2020, the time5 that may elapse between passing the skill test and the application for the issue of the type or class rating is extended during the period of application of this resolution until 14 November 2020.
