Madrid, 23 May 2022 (AESA)

The State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) approves the instruction on the entry of changes in ownership of private aircraft in the Registration of Civil Aircraft (RMAC) that are not intended or intended for commercial or industrial use, in which it removes the requirement that this entry be previously registered in the Furniture Register (RBM).

Since 20 May 2022, in the applications addressed to the RMAC, relating to the entry of changes in ownership of a private aircraft, which is not intended or intended for commercial or industrial use, the interested party shall not be required to certify that he has previously registered that change of ownership note with the RBM.

This instruction is the application of the Resolution of the Director of AESA of 18 April 2022, which approves that, in relation to the procedure for the final registration of a civil aircraft in the RMAC of the State Aviation Safety Agency, the registration in the RBM of private aircraft not intended or intended for commercial or industrial purposes is voluntary.
