Madrid, 23 April 2026 (AESA)

With the aim of modernizing and streamlining administrative procedures, a new version of the sections within AESA Electronic Site is launched for the processing of accreditation[1] requests and authorizations for flight programs[2].

This platform enables air operators to access, quickly and securely, all services related to the authorizations required for conducting commercial air operations.

Its main advantages include:

  • Fully digital processing, available 24 hours a day.
  • Greater transparency in tracking the status of applications.
  • Reduced processing times thanks to automated workflows.
  • Improved accessibility and usability, including up‑to‑date information on the documentation status of the air operator and the aircraft in its fleet registered with AESA.

The launch of this new version of the electronic site for these processes reflects the organization’s commitment to digital transformation, improved public service, and the promotion of more efficient, citizen‑oriented administration.

Requests for authorizations of non‑scheduled occasional operations will continue to be managed as before. For any question o clarification, please contact to the commercial permits inbox: permisos.comerciales@seguridadaerea.es

To access the platform and obtain detailed information on the available procedures, please use the following link:
