Madrid, 21 May 2026 (AESA)

The State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) launches miAESA, a new mobile application aimed at making it easier for citizens to access their aeronautical professional licenses and certificates from their own phone. As of today, the app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

With this tool, users can consult their personal information processed by AESA regarding licenses and certificates, as well as download the printable version when it is available. In addition, the application allows to receive notifications related to different aeronautical fields, ensuring that the citizen is informed at all times.

miAESA is a secure application, in which only each user can access their own data using their identification credentials. The information is consulted directly and privately, reinforcing the protection of digital identity and preventing unauthorized access.

The launch of myAESA is a further step in the Agency’s digitalisation process, reinforcing accessibility to its services. The objective is clear: bringing EASA closer to the citizen and simplifying management.

Each year, AESA manages more than 75,700 licenses and certificates related to different groups: pilots, cabin crew, security personnel (AVSEC and AVSAF), maintenance personnel and UAS operators. With myAESA, these professionals can access your information directly, quickly and securely.

With the app, each user will always have their updated information at hand, safely and directly.

This project joins the initiatives undertaken to modernize aeronautical public services, providing more agility, transparency and efficiency in the relationship between professionals and the Agency.
