AESA has authorised the opening to traffic to the heliport of the CEDEFO of Cazorla in Jaén, as a heliport for restricted use in Andalusia

Madrid, 29 November 2022 (ESA).

The State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) has authorised the opening to traffic of the CEDEFO heliport of Cazorla de Jaén, on 28 November 2022, once it has verified on-site and documentary compliance with the technical design and operation requirements established for all the infrastructures and their equipment, as required by the regulations.

AESA has authorised the opening to traffic in accordance with Royal Decree 1070/2015 of 27 November 2015 approving the technical safety standards of restricted-use aerodromes.

This heliport is included in the aerodromes of restricted use specialised for the prevention and extinction of fires and is authorised for daytime visual flights.

The heliport is among those excepted for environmental assessment, in accordance with the provisions of Annex II, group 7 d) of Law 21/2013, of 9 December, on environmental assessment, for which it was exempted from environmental processing.
