Madrid, 21 March 2022 (AESA)

The State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) informs the Air Navigation Management Organisations Part CAMO of the publication of the alternative method of compliance in accordance with CAMO.A.305(c) of Commission Regulation (EU) 1321/2014 of 26 November 2014 as regards the requirements to be demonstrated by the safety officers of these organisations and amending and replacing the one issued in December 2021.

The objective is to facilitate the transition of existing Part M Subpart G airworthiness management organisations to CAMO Party organisations by ensuring an equivalent level of safety for the safety officer (where a CAMO organisation also holds an AOC with an operating licence in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1008/2008).
