AESA authorises the opening of the Aerodrome de Pozo Cañada de Albacete to traffic

The Spanish Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) authorises the opening to traffic of Pozo Cañada de Albacete aerodrome, as an aerodrome for restricted use in Castilla La Mancha, once it has verified in document and on-site compliance with the technical design and operation requirements established for all the infrastructures and their equipment, as required by the regulations.

The authorisation for opening up to traffic has been carried out in accordance with Royal Decree 1070/2015 of 27 November 2015 approving the technical safety standards for restricted-use aerodromes and the Resolution of 13 March 2019 of the Directorate-General for Biodiversity and Environmental Quality formulating the Environmental Impact Report with the corresponding environmental conditions.

This aerodrome is included within the aerodromes of restricted use and is authorised for daytime visual flights with certain conditions.
