Director-General for Public Governance - Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service

Reyes Feito Castellano

Official of the Superior Corps of the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate. Graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid, she has specialized training in public management, management and management techniques and public policy analysis taught by INAP, ESADE and Carlos III University.

Throughout his career he has held various managerial positions in the General State Administration in the Ministries of Defense, Culture, Public Administrations, Science and Technology and Tourism, where he has exercised functions of strategic planning, human resources management, administrative modernization, public procurement, grant management and common services. Among other positions, she has been Deputy Director-General for Environmental Sustainability and Energy Efficiency in the Ministry of Defence; Deputy Director-General for the Promotion of Cultural Industries and later Head of the Technical Cabinet of the Under-Secretariat in the Ministry of Culture; and Deputy Director-General for Senior Officials and Personnel Management in the Ministry of Public Administration.

From 2017 until her appointment as Director General of Public Governance, she held the position of Deputy Director of Human Resources and Economic and Patrimonial Management of the National Commission on Markets and Competition.
