IV National Forum for Operational Safety of Ground Assistance

Madrid, 13 November 2025 (EASA)

The State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) will organize on 9 and 10 December 2025 the IV National Forum for Operational Safety of Ground Assistance, a meeting with the industry aimed at addressing the main developments in the following matters:

• Regulation - New European Ground Assistance Regulation
• Safety oversight
• GH-related accidents/incidents

The objective of this forum is to promote the exchange of experiences and good practices between the different actors in the sector, and to strengthen the culture of operational safety in ground handling operations at Spanish airports. You can find more information about the content of this day in this document.

The day will be held in person in the AESA auditorium, and will bring together representatives of the administration, airlines, providers of groundhandling services and other key players in the sector.
