This new tool improves the processes of adding, modifying and managing contacts in the SIPA database.

Madrid, 11 December 2024 (AESA)

The Spanish Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) has launched the new portal for registering, modifying and managing contacts of AESA administrators, which can be accessed through the following link of our E-Office.

The Administrators' Portal offers significant improvements over the previous procedure, allowing both individuals and legal entities to carry out the following processes in the AESA SIPA database:

  • Registration and modification of your data in the Agency's system.
  • Management of legal representatives.
  • Notification contacts and discrepancy management.

It is important to note that the current procedure will remain in place for the next few months until further notice.
