The functions of the Civil Aircraft Registration Register consist of the allocation of nationality and registration marks to aircraft, as well as registration registrations, endorsements of changes of ownership and cancellations thereof.
Its scope extends to the entire national territory and its headquarters is located in that of the State Aviation Safety Agency, in Paseo de la Castellana 112. 28046 Madrid.
On this page we try to facilitate the registration process of aircraft, making available to users the standard application models, under which the Civil Aircraft Registration Register can be requested to practice the various registrations, together with the documents that are necessary to provide for each type of registration, among which are the fees to be paid for the provision of the service. In addition, other standardised application models under which civil aircraft registration registrations can be requested, are available to users, various types of Registration (Non-Inscribed Aircraft); of Ownership and Charges; fleet Aircraft and Simple Informative Note) and Duplicated Registration Certificate.
