Complaints
If you want to file a complaint with AESA for non-compliance, irregular use, aviation safety risk, etc... you can do so in three ways: In writing through the AESA General Registry, located on Paseo de la Castellana 112, Madrid. In writing in one of the places provided for in Article 16(4) of Law 39/2015 of 1 October 2015. Telematically via the AESA website, using the supported electronic signature systems (DNI-electronics and digital certificates)
