Environmental assessment
General framework
On the basis of its Statute (RD 184/2008) it is for EASA to exercise the powers relating to the substantive body in environmental assessment procedures, in accordance with Law 21/2013 on environmental assessment, in the construction and structural or functional modification projects of the aerodromes, helipads and civil airports of competence of the General State Administration, as well as in the projects of classification and structuring of the airspace that require environmental assessment.
