Content of the reports
- Analysis of the degree of compliance with the disaggregated quality indicators for each airport in the network.
- Analysis of traffic values, broken down by month, recorded by airport the previous year, as well as the update of demand forecasts for the current year. It must contain:
- Total passenger traffic, operations and cargo.
- Aircraft time in platform and flight field.
- Passengers hour at the passenger terminal.
- Analysis of capacity and levels of infrastructure utilisation at all airports on the network, in accordance with Annex 2.1 of the document.
- Report on the change in the capacity of infrastructures which have undergone changes during the year. It must contain a description of the actions carried out, the pre-action capacity data, the capacity obtained, as well as the date of commissioning of the facilities giving rise to the new capacity.
- Summary report of the investments implemented in the DORA for each airport, as well as for central services, indicating those that are strategic and relevant.
- Up-to-date data on all investments foreseen in the DORA for each airport, as well as for central services, indicating those that are strategic and relevant.
- Report on time and scope deviations for strategic and relevant investments.
- Annual Audit Report on the Regulated Assets Base.
- Report of deviations from the value of the audited BAR from that foreseen in the DORA.
- A descriptive summary of the differences between the value of fixed non-financial assets in AENA’s accounts and their value in the BAR provided for in the DORA for the previous year.
- Report on compliance with the operational timetables of the airport network, which should include data on non-compliances and values recorded by airport.
- Data on the number of commercial operations affected/cancelled by reduced visibility broken down by airport and month, as well as the accumulated throughout the year.
On a regular basis, the airport manager shall send AESA a series of reports and data, the contents of which are detailed below:
