Available the Citizen Folder of the AESA Electronic Headquarters

The Electronic Headquarters of the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) already has the Citizen Carpet service, through which each person will have access to the files and records that it has processed with the Agency and which is synchronised with the Headquarters of the General Access Point of the General State Administration.

The Citizen Folder of AESA currently has the following spaces:

  • ‘My personal data’ means: it shows the personal and contact data that you have established for use in new procedures. Each time a person initiates a new procedure, they will be offered by default these data that they can use for the said procedure, or modify them if necessary. It also collects the preferred means you have selected to receive notifications made from AESA.
     
  • ‘My records’ means: this section shows the documents that the person has submitted in the EASA register for the completion of formalities and can access the details of the registered entry.
     
  • ‘My files’ means: This section shows the information of the files processed with EASA in the services integrated in this folder.  In addition, there is a link to the updated information on the procedures and services published in the Citizens’ Folder so far and the date from which the files of each type have been incorporated.
     
  • ‘My notifications’ means: it links with the “Notification for Appearance” service of EASA, through which citizens are regularly accessing the pending Notifications, Notifications made and the Communications that have been sent to them as part of the usual electronic procedures carried out with the Agency.
