The exemption measure described in paragraph (h) of the EASA Resolution dated 05.05.2020 is only applicable in cases where evidence of having passed the complete set of theoretical subjects in an ATO or DTO is provided.

In any case, the exemption measures defined in paragraph (k) of this EASA Resolution dated 05.05.2020 for the time periods specified in SFCL.135 9(c)(2) of Part-SFCL shall apply for a period of time equal to the period of time during which the applicant was unable to take the examinations due to the reasons set out in the preamble of this resolution.
