The personal data will be processed by the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) and incorporated into the processing activity called "Consultations", whose purpose is to respond to inquiries of an informative nature in relation to issues related to the technical issues within AESA's competence through the contact form.


Purpose based on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the State Aviation Safety Agency (Article 6(1)(e) GDPR). 


Personal data will not be communicated to third parties. 


The personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it has been collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and the processing of the data. The regulations on Spanish archives and documentary heritage will apply. 


You can request access, rectification, deletion or limitation of the processing of personal data in the event that the requirements established in the General Data Protection Regulation are met, as well as in Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, as indicated in the section "Exercise of the rights of the interested parties" of the "Privacy Policy and legal notice".
