Approval and Management Procedure


Initial authorization as a ULM school

In accordance with Article 5 of Royal Decree 765/2022 of 20 September 2022 regulating the use of ultralight motorised aircraft (ULM), before starting its activity, any organisation wishing to provide training for ultralight aviation pilots must apply to the State Aviation Safety Agency for authorisation.

Step 1: Prior to the submission of the application for ULM school authorization, the requesting entity must request its registration in SAETA

Management of registrations, withdrawals and modifications of users of the DSA of the Electronic Headquarters of AESA

Step 2: Once registered in the SAETA Registry, you must follow the authorisation application procedure through

The application and documentation will be submitted through General Application | Headquarters AESA  (seguridadaerea.gob.es)
