Declared Production Organizations

What you're after

This procedure is applicable to Production Organisations declared under Subpart G (both Section A and Section B) of Annex Ib (Part 21 Light) to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 of 3 August 2012.

Who is the beneficiary

This procedure is aimed at those organizations that manufacture:

• Products and components the design of which has been certified in accordance with that Annex (Annex Ib (Part 21 Light).
• Aircraft the design of which is covered by a declaration made in accordance with the abovementioned Annex, and their engines, propellers and components.

EASA aircraft: within the scope of Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139 and Annex Ib (Part 21 Light) to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 of 3 August 2012.
