Bilateral Agreement EU/US. Information about the certification as FAA Repair Station
El Acuerdo Bilateral entre los Estados Unidos de América y la Unión Europea entró en vigor el 1 de Mayo de 2011. El acuerdo implica que algunas Autoridades de Aviación Civil Europeas serán responsables de la supervisión de las organizaciones de mantenimiento que cuenten con aprobación EASA Parte 145 (Anexo II - Reglamento (UE) Nº 1321/2014) y aprobación FAA Repair Station Certification. AESA será responsable de las organizaciones de mantenimiento que tengan su sede principal en el territorio español.
A Bilateral Agreement between the EU and the USA on Cooperation in the Regulation of Civil Aviation Safety was in force on 1 May 2011. The Agreement means that some National Aviation Authorities (NAA's) in Europe will undertake the oversight of organisations that hold EASA Part 145 approval (Annex II -Regulation (EU) Nº 1321/2014) and FAR 145 Repair Station Certification. AESA will undertake the oversight of those organizations where the principal place of business is in Spain.

El proceso de aprobación inicial se realizará según lo establecido en el Maintenance Annex Guidance (MAG)- Section C -I (Initial Certification Process) y y en la Guía del Usuario G-DSM-MTO-01; su tramitación se realizará en la Oficina de Seguridad en Vuelo (OSV) responsable de la supervisión de la aprobación Parte 145.
The process of initial approval will be done in accordance with Maintenance Annex Guidance (MAG)- Section C -I (Initial Certification Process)and Guía del Usuario (G-DSM-MTO-01); it will be processed by the Regional Office (OSV) in charge of the supervision of the Part 145 approval.

El Acuerdo Bilateral entre la República Federal de Canadá y la Unión Europea entró en vigor el 26 de julio de 2011. El acuerdo implica que algunas Autoridades de Aviación Civil Europeas serán responsables de la supervisión de las organizaciones de mantenimiento que cuenten con aprobación EASA Parte 145 (Anexo II - Reglamento (UE) Nº 1321/2014) y aprobación CAR 573. AESA será responsable de las organizaciones de mantenimiento que tengan su sede principal en el territorio español.
On 26 July 2011 entered into force the Agreement on civil aviation safety between the EU and Canada. El acuerdo implica que algunas Autoridades de Aviación Civil Europeas serán responsables de la supervisión de las organizaciones de mantenimiento que cuenten con aprobación EASA Parte 145 (Anexo II - Reglamento (UE) Nº 1321/2014) y aprobación RBAC 145. AESA será responsable de las organizaciones de mantenimiento que tengan su sede principal en el territorio español.
The Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement between the European Union and the government of the Federative Republic of Brazil signed in Brasilia on 14 July 2010 has entered into force on 27 August 2013.
