Panama recognizes the civil aviation security measures promoted by AESA
- The context of this validation is to confirm the implementation of the Single Security Control at the airport of the Panamanian capital, which allows avoiding additional controls on passengers arriving from any airport in the European Union.
- During its visit, AESA presented to the delegation of the Panamanian Aeronautical Authority the different national safety programs and procedures.
- In addition, the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport will be visited to know in situ the security measures implemented.

The delegation of the Aeronautical Authority of Panama has visited the headquarters of the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) to carry out a validation of the civil aviation security measures implemented in Spain. The objective of this recognition is to reaffirm the efficiency of the Single Security Control (OSS) project, which allows the exemption in the inspection of passengers and their luggage of flights arriving at the airport of the Panamanian capital from any airport in the European Union.
