Royal Decree 765/2022 of 20 September, which regulates the use of ultralight motorised aircraft (ULM), has been published in the BOE. In particular, the new pressure altitude limitations have been taken into account, which will enter into force from 09/01/2023. All related documentation and procedures, such as the suspension of operational constraints, will be modified in the near future.
