Examiners are personnel appointed by the State Aviation Safety Agency to carry out on their behalf the practical examinations for obtaining, renewing, revalidating or validating licences.
ULM examiners may be those who meet the requirements of Article 7 of Royal Decree 123/2015 of 27 February 2015 regulating the license and ratings of the ultralight pilot. The State Aviation Safety Agency regularly conducts standardising courses for examiners, duly publicised in this section.
