What he pursues
This process provides for the initial issuance and modification of the approval of Part M Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2015/1088).

Aircraft Maintenance Programs NO EASA
This process has a transition period of 1 year from the date of its publication. Previously issued maintenance programmes shall remain valid during that period; if during this time an amendment is necessary, this new procedure will be followed.
At the end of this transition period, all maintenance programmes for these aircraft must be issued in accordance with the new procedure.
What he pursues
This process includes the criteria for the preparation, supervision and approval of maintenance programmes for aircraft belonging to Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 and those regulated by Royal Decree 750/2014, which operate exclusively according to it.
