    The Bilateral Agreement between the United States of America and the European Union entered into force on 1 May 2011. The agreement implies that some European Civil Aviation Authorities will be responsible for the supervision of maintenance organisations with EASA approval Part 145 (Annex II — Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014) and FAA Repair Station Certification approval. AESA shall be responsible for maintenance organisations having their headquarters in Spain.

    A Bilateral Agreement between the EU and the USA on Cooperation in the Regulation of Civil Aviation Safety was in force on 1 May 2011. The Agreement means that some National Aviation Authorities (NAA’s) in Europe will undertake the oversight of organisations that hold EASA Part 145 approval (Annex II -Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014) and FAR 145 Repair Station Certification. AESA will undertake the oversight of those organisations where the main place of business is in Spain.

    The initial approval process will be carried out in accordance with the Maintenance Annex Guidance (MAG)- Section C -I (Initial Certification Process) and the G-DSM-MTO-01 User Guide; it will be processed by the Flight Safety Office (OSV) responsible for the supervision of approval Part 145.

    The process of initial approval will be done in accordance with Maintenance Annex Guidance (MAG)- Section C -I (Initial Certification Process)and User Guide (G-DSM-MTO-01); it will be processed by the Regional Office (OSV) in charge of the supervision of the Part 145 approval.

    The Bilateral Agreement between the Federal Republic of Canada and the European Union entered into force on 26 July 2011. The agreement implies that some European Civil Aviation Authorities will be responsible for the supervision of maintenance organisations with EASA approval Part 145 (Annex II — Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014) and CAR 573 approval. AESA shall be responsible for maintenance organisations having their headquarters in Spain.

    On 26 July 2011 entered into force the Agreement on civil aviation safety between the EU and Canada. The Agreement means that some National Aviation Authorities (NAA’s) in Europe will undertake the oversight of organisations that hold EASA Part 145 approval (Annex II -Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014) and CAR 573. AESA will undertake the oversight of those organisations where the main place of business is in Spain.

The agreement implies that some European Civil Aviation Authorities will be responsible for the supervision of maintenance organisations with EASA approval Part 145 (Annex II — Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014) and approval of RBAC 145. AESA shall be responsible for maintenance organisations having their headquarters in Spain.

    The Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement between the European Union and the government of the Federative Republic of Brazil signed in Brasilia on 14 July 2010 has entered into force on 27 August 2013. The Agreement means that some National Aviation Authorities (NAA’s) in Europe will undertake the oversight of organisations that hold EASA Part 145 approval (Annex II -Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014) and RBAC 145. AESA will undertake the oversight of those organisations where the main place of business is in Spain.
