• An Application for Certificate of Recognition must be completed in accordance with the FOR-66EE-P01-F01 format, which can be found in the catalogue of procedures and services of the AESA Electronic Headquarters under the name "AESA Certificates of Recognition on LMA Part-66 examinations", in the "Licences and Aeromedicine" section:

The status of each student's transcript is indicated by coloured icons:

• GREEN = APPROVED 
• RED = NOT APPROVED 
• MAGENTA = PROVISIONAL

When the objections (observations made) may lead to a change in the exam mark (PASS/FAIL), the mark will appear as provisional (PROV.).

Please note that according to European regulations, challenges (remarks made in the exam) will be eliminated from the exam if they are found to be wrong.

For example, in a 100-question test: 

You can change your access password in the Start Menu option: "Change password".

All applicants will receive via email a login and a password to access as a user of the application.

• If you have forgotten your password, you should click on "Forgot your password" in the Start Menu. You will automatically receive your password in the email account you have been assigned.
• If you do not receive the email with your password, you should contact the Examinations Department - Sede Madrid, Avda. de la Hispanidad nº 12- 28042 Madrid.

In special circumstances, the examination reservation may be cancelled provided that:

The cancellation must be made 20 calendar days BEFORE THE BOOKED DATE.
After the expiry of this period, the reason for the cancellation must be substantiated by documentary evidence.

Failure to sit the exam will result in the session being counted, so you will have to wait 90 days to sit the exam in the same subject unless you have a documented reason such as illness.
Although this "no-show" will NOT count as an attempt, i.e. each candidate has 3 attempts per year per subject, this count will not be altered.

An applicant may take the same subject 3 times in a row (3 attempts) within 90 days of each other within a year.
For example, let's say we start the exam on 8 April 2017 for "physics" and we fail, we will have until 7 April 2018 another 2 attempts to pass "physics", separated by at least 90 days.

At the bottom of the applicant's data page, you will find the "REGISTER" button to make registrations for other Centres 147. Once this button has been clicked, a window will appear in which the module, the licence and the date on which the exam was taken must be entered. To define the correct Centre, there are 2 cases: a) National 147 Centres or b) Centres outside the National Territory. Thus, if the case is:

a) 147 National Centres, the centre will be selected directly from a drop-down menu.:
